How can I return a product?

For online purchase returns, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to request a refund via VOUCHER . If you prefer a refund using the original payment method, the return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be in perfect condition, with all tags intact. Please note that items purchased at our physical points of sale cannot be exchanged online.
