How can I return a product?
For returns of online purchases, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to request a refund in the form of EXCHANGE VOUCHER . If you prefer a refund using the original payment method, the return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be in perfect condition, with all labels intact. Please remember that items purchased at our physical points of sale cannot be exchanged via the website.
